Alexandra + Greg | Mandarin Oriental | Barcelona

Never a dull moment when you are travelling!! After spending a few days in London at a wedding workshop with Huy Nguyen and David Pullum it was time to make the journey to my favourite city, Barcelona. After a traffic accident in the cab on the way to the hotel, followed by leaving my phone in the cab, then finding out my hotel reservation had been accidentally cancelled it was an anxious hour, but the hotel booked me into their sister hotel within 10 minutes and amazingly the very kind cab man returned my phone!!

Having met the lovely Alexandra & Greg the evening before the wedding I was at bursting point to document their day. The preparations for the big day all took place in the Mandarin Oriental with the usual mix of organised chaos and some amazing creative floral work from Bornay.

The roof top terrace commands absolutely stunning panoramas of Barcelona and beyond – its the perfect spot for a wedding ceremony. After an emotional ceremony it was time for everyone to enjoy canapes and cocktails before making their was for some very fine dining in the Blanc Brasserie & Gastrobar in the heart of the hotel.

With friends from far and wide joining them in their celebration, some great speeches, followed by an incredible dinner it was a truly beautiful day.

Thanks so much for letting me be part of it and really hope you enjoy the images.

Big Thanks:
