Back in the heat of August I was really lucky to make a trip up to Ronda for the wedding of Rachael and Steve. I had not met Rachael or Steve prior to the wedding and was treated to a really lovely intimate wedding at The Lodge Ronda. Rachael and Steve live in the Isle of Man and about 40 of their close friends and family joined them for a wonderful day in the sun.

Every wedding I document is very different but Rachael and Steve ( and family and guests ) went to amazing efforts to decorate this wedding as though it was straight out of a magazine. Every last grape, wild flower, signage, right down to the lights strung above the dining area were created, transported and set up by them. After a very moving ceremony on the lawn it was time for drinks followed by a 5 star BBQ and dancing till all hours complete with candy bar and sparklers ( from the Isle of Man corner shop no doubt ).
