For the past 3 years I have had the pleasure of being in Barcelona in October for some pretty epic weddings – last year it was Simran & Chris, the previous year the celeb wedding of Nicole & Paul.  It must be something about October and this year was no exception as the wedding of Sama & Mo was simply breathtaking!

Sama and Mo live in Kuwait.  Having documented a few Arabic weddings in the past and having lived in the Oman I was so excited to practice my few words of arabic and what was guaranteed to be an awesome party! It was.

I chatted to Sama a few times prior to the wedding including a “Hands Free, in car, whilst driving” Skype chat!

It was no surprise that Sama had picked an amazing spot in Barcelona to get ready with the girls and it was great to team up again with Pere for his amazing video work.

Bell Reco is a stunning venue situated about 30 mins from Barcelona and takes your breath away when you see it for the first time.

After a short ceremony it was time for drinks and canapés under the stars before some fine dining and a same day edit from the boys at Pere visiondpelicula.  This was prepared by a very talented dude in a room and to put this together in a few hours is amazing and well worth watching….. Watch This!

Of course the party was simply amazing!  Two of my most memorable “party” weddings have been with couples from the Middle East and they sure know how to party!
