Rachelle + Owen | Casa de Los Bates

The last image in this blog post sums up what I love about being able to document such important days. The image was taken on my little fuji x100, it was 1.20am, I was just about to say my farewells to Rachelle and Owen, and there is grandma, dancing the night away, you can have all the little details in the world to remind you of your day, but for me these are the real moments of a wedding.

I met Rachelle and Owen much earlier in the year when they were on the search for someone to document their day at the beautiful Casa de los Bates. Rachelle works in marketing and events, so was the perfect bride when it comes to being super organised.

Rachelle did an amazing job with the venue, I have worked at Casa de los Bates many times but on this occasion it really did look spectacular with all of the extra personal touches and details. The ceremony took place in the lower garden area and was officiated by the lovely, and always charming Natasha Johnson, after the ceremony it was time for family and guests to enjoy some refreshing cocktails and gin and tonics, whilst roaming the amazing botanical like gardens of Casa de los Bates.

A fabulous dinner took place at the front of the house before we were all treated to some very amusing speeches. Of course no wedding would be complete without a party, and as you can imagine this lot were very very good at this! Just take a look at the last image.

Thanks guys, really was a great privilege to document your day and hope you treasure and enjoy your images.

Big thanks to:

Natasha Johnson, Malaga Minister

Casa de los Bates.
