Spring! has got to be the best time of year in southern Spain for anything and especially a wedding. After the trials and tribulations of our recent house renovation it was definitely time to document a wedding and put down the paint brushes.

I had already met the lovely Kate and Kevin on a couple of occassions prior to the wedding so it was great to finally get round to the big day! expertly organised by Sunshine weddings.

Your always guaranteed a stress free environment when Lorraine from Princess bride is at the helm for all beautification along with her rockin tunes. The beauty of Hacienda san Jose for a wedding is everything takes places all in one place which always helps add to the nice chilled out vibe.

A beautiful ceremony conducted by Liz Wilkinson took place on the lawn. Lovely light, some beautiful readings and epic confetti throwing at the end! (see images)

After the ceremony the courtyard made the perfect spot to relax for a few canapés and cocktails before everyone made their way to be seated for some of that always amazing fiesta sol food. Speeches  are always one of my favourite parts of the day and this day certainly did not disappoint (the bar has been set high for hilarious best man speeches this season).

After cake! (mmmmm looked amazing!) it was time for drinking and dancing, photo booths and watching the setting sun on what was the perfect start to my wedding season, and I am sure a perfect start from Mr and Mrs Barter. A real privilege to document your wedding guys and really hope you enjoy all the images and a “few” of my faves.
