I have bumped into clients in all kinds of places in the past, airports, other weddings, I certainly won’t forget meeting these guys whilst SUPing (stand up paddle boarding) off the coast of Fuengirola, that has to be the most random meeting I have had, Simone fully kitted out in her wetsuit and aqua gloves and the very cool Ollie helping with the training on his SUP. Simone spends alot of time in the water, training. 

At the time of the wedding she had recently been crowned world champion Ironman in Chattanogo, Tennessee. Congratulations once again! anyone who knows anything about sport will appreciate the enormity of that achievement.

I first met Ollie and Simone on dry land at the offices of Fiesta Sol and I knew this was definitely going to be a great day, an October wedding at Finca la Concepcion with Fiesta Sol is just the best place to be. All of the preparation took place at Los Monteros with the usual amount of calm chaos that precedes most weddings.

Just a short drive away is the beautiful Finca la Concepcion, as I may have mentioned before once or twice, one of my favourite venues. The coast is blessed with plenty of excellent ministers and celebrants, but we were very lucky to have the legend that is Lizzie Marriage conducting a beautiful ceremony in front of the main house at the Finca.

Guests enjoyed canapés and cocktails around the pool whilst enjoying breathtaking views of La Concha mountain that overlooks Marbella. of course a highlight of any wedding is always the food, even more so when it’s a Fiesta Sol wedding, guests were wined and dined in style on the main lawn before some highly entertaining speeches.

As the evening drew in, it was time to get the party started, after the cutting of the cake outside the main house it was straight into the party! A massive thanks for inviting me to document your day, a great pleasure and besot of luck for the future.
