Ricardo y Danielle | Santa Catalina | Malaga

I am definitely the kind of photographer that likes to go to new places as often as possible, trouble is when you get up over 400 hundred weddings not that many venues are new. Castillo de Santa Catalina would definitely fall into the category of somewhere not new to me, but definitely a big favourite! It offers more options than most venues and it ticks a lot of boxes as far as photography goes and there is still much of it to explore.

Danielle and Ricardo are a very cool couple, who from what I gather seem to spend much of their time travelling. So it must have been a real thrill to have family and friends all in one place.

The beautification and pampering was taken care of by the very talented Louse Hill and it is always nice when all the preparation takes place at the same venue. The ceremony on the top terrace was a genus idea and looked stunning. The ceremony was conducted by the one and only Padre Peter, had everything I love in a ceremony, lots of love, laughter, colour and a few tears.

Canapés and cocktails were served on the lower terrace with the stung views of Malaga and the port. Time for a few more tears and heartfelt speeches before guests enjoyed a candle lit dinner. Danielle & Ricardo treated everyone to a stunning first dance before everyone moved inside to party until the early hours.

Thanks so much for inviting me to document your day, lovely working with you all and hope you enjoy a few of my favourites and the full galleries.

Big thanks to:
